Movie: 500 Days of Summer

Okay since we named this blog based on characters from 500 Days of Summer, so why don't we start with a post bout the movie itself. Why Tom and Summer? Why it has to be from that movie? What so special bout that movie?

First, like we've said in the first post; the introduction, we believe that everyone, at one point, has been/is/was/will be Tom or Summer. We might be the person who loves someone so much till it hurts so bad, or we might be the person who does not believe in marriage till suddenly we felt something we never feel before with anyone else, or we might be the one who who got away for someone, or someone who found true love, or someone who has his/her heart broken to pieces or someone who is truly happy with hi/her life. It can be anyone, the movie can relate to everyone.

Second, because it's not just like any other love stories. It is about a guy meets a girl, but it is not a love story. It is, but it is also bout the heartbreak, the part where things did not work out, the part where you have to move on with your life. Come on, if Tom can do it, then you can do it. He was deeply in love with Summer, but still he can moved on and wished Summer happiness. 

Third, the dialogues/quotes. Our favourite one will be

This is true. Because people tend to feel that if the other person likes the same crap things you like, tan you're meant to be together. Trust us, that's not true. Another favourite dialogue is

Again, so true! Life always happens. It just happened and sometimes, most of the times, we don't have answer for it.
There are actually a lot of other dialogues but we just can't choose. We like aallll of it!

So yeah, that's all about 500 Days of Summer. We can write a lot more, but we figured, you can just google it and watch it yourselves.

Introduction

First post. The first one is always important. The first impression, the first year of school, the first love. So this is my first post. I'm a nobody, maybe a guy, maybe a girl (I'm a girl, you will know later from the way i write). Maybe an asian, maybe an african, maybe a caucasian (I'm an asian, again you will know later from the way I write, and from the way I don't know how to use the correct grammar sometimes). Decided to do this blog, just because I have lots of things that I want to say to the world, to guys and girls, to couples, to singles. That's why the blog is named Dear Tom and Summer. Because everyone, at one point, has become a Tom, or a Summer, and has lost their Toms and their Summers.
